New: Hatha Vinyasa to Restorative
Our Hatha vinyasa to restorative program is the ideal blend for beginner yogis, those looking for a gentler workout or who want to use yoga as a complementary therapy. It's accessible for anyone to follow, giving you a slightly slower-paced alternative to MSM workouts with a focus on learning basic poses and tips for using your practice in your healing.
Our restorative yoga videos offer the ultimate in relaxation. We take a trauma-informed approach, guiding you to modify movements in any way that works for your unique body.
MSM yoga is a complete body/mind workout in just 30 minutes.
Each session begins with a tai-chi-inspired warmup to get your blood and synovial fluids flowing to make movement safe while you draw your awareness inward. It then flows through a vinyasa segment to work strength, cardio and flexibility and progresses to a deep, restorative stretch. Finally, ease your mind with a guided meditation.
Our 20-minute vinyasa workouts offer the perfect way to work strength, cardio and flexibility in a short time. They also help you blow off steam! These intermediate workouts are ideal for everyone — but be gentle. Always listen to your body and feel free to skip any moves that don't work for you.
